How do I register myself in a school or college?
- Visit the site www.batchmates.com
- Login with your Email id/Unique id and password.
- Enter the Name and Location of your institute in the "Search" option present in the left panel of Batchmates.
- Click on your institute name from the search result that appears to enter the institute page.
- To register in the place, click on 'Register Now' arrow.
- Fill in the form to complete the registration.
- If you do not find your institute in the search result then go for the Advanced Search option just below the list.
How do I register multiple places?
- Login using your Unique ID/Email ID & Password.
- Go to " Browse/Register in :" link present below the list of organisations where you are registered.
- Provide the details of your institute and click on GO.
- Click on the name of your Organisation.
- Provide the required details.
- Follow the same process to register in multiple places.
How do I register myself if I can't find my organisation?
You can still register yourself but you would first need to submit a request to us for adding your organisation. This is common to both for First Time Users as well as Existing Users.
- If the institution name for which you are searching is not available in the list, then click on the link "If the institution does not exist in the list above, Click here to add it."
- Provide the details of your institute and click on "Register Now" to submit a request.
- Click on "Proceed to Register in the Institute" to register in the institute.
- Provide the required details and click on Submit.
- Your request would come to our admin team and the moment your organisation has been added you will be notified via email.
